Undergraduate Students
2 books maximum
2 weeks loan period
One renewal if not requested
Postgraduate Students
4 books maximum
2 weeks loan period
One renewal allowed
Academic & Administrative Staff
6 books maximum
One semester loan period
Faculty, Research & Senior Members
Important Notes
Availability Based
Lending of books may depend on its availability. High-demand titles may have shorter loan periods.
Overdue Fines
Fines are accrued at $1.00 per day for overdue materials. Please return items on time to avoid charges.
Restrictions
Some materials like reference books, journals, and reserved items cannot be borrowed and are for library use only.
